This challenge is to encourage and motivate us to not only stay on the health and fitness track throughout the year but work towards making it a lifestyle change! This is a 100% judgement free zone and a SAFE SPACE for all!
8 Week Top Releaser Challenge:
We will be judged by highest body weight percentage loss as opposed to actual pounds.
Each week, after submitted weigh-ins, the top 5 highest body weight percentage losses will be posted in the group to keep the momentum going and add to the friendly competition!

Everyone has to send our challenge facilitator pictures of starting weight via private inbox message or in the group IF you are comfortable doing so
Respond to daily posts by commenting or posting pictures as it relates to generated post (example below, of one of our daily post)
Weigh-in weekly (SUNDAYS) - send challenge facilitator pics of weight via private inbox message or to the group if you're comfortable! Good or not so good results....they must be sent! (Reminder: judgement free zone/safe space for all) - Every Saturday night, our facilitator will post a symbol to be used during weigh-ins. you can write the symbol on your foot (washable marker, eye-liner, or on a piece of paper, etc...) BUT the symbol must be visible in your weigh-in photos.
If weight stays the same or increases, you owe $1 to the pot (to be paid within 48 hours of posted results)
Post after pictures (again, feel free to leave faces out)
Winner takes the pot!!!
